- Offers are only applicable to cardholders or any invoice accompanied by a cardholder.
- Does not apply to discounted prices, preferential prices, or conference prices.
- Multiple promotions cannot be combined; only the highest promotion at the time applies.
- Offers apply only upon presentation of a physical card or membership confirmation email at the time-of-service use.
- Only one membership card may be used per invoice.

- The rate table is subject to change periodically and will be updated on the program’s website.
- Services provided by partners but not directly operated by Da Nang Mikazuki are excluded from the Membership Program; these will not count toward cumulative spending nor be eligible for discounts. This includes but is not limited to: Sia Spa, Biyoke Spa, and Higuchi Drug Store. Also excluded are the food court inside Mikazuki Water Park 365, and banquet/conference programs, whether organized by individuals or corporations.
- Bookings made via travel agencies, online travel agents, or partnership contracts are excluded from accumulated value and cannot be converted into points.
* Points From Payment:
- “Points” refer to accumulated points, converted from spending value at the resort according to the default conversion rate.
- Payments for services at the resort will be converted into accumulated points, provided these payments meet all eligibility criteria stated in the conditions above.
- Conversion rate:
• 100,000 VND = 1,000 points for Standard and Silver tiers
• 100,000 VND = 1,500 points for Gold tier
• 100,000 VND = 2,000 points for Platinum tier
1. Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”)
The Terms and Conditions of the MIKAZUKI MEMBERSHIP program of ODK Mikazuki Viet Nam Company Limited (“Program”) apply to loyal customers.
2. Conditions to become a member
- All customers who are individuals at least 18 years old and have valid identification documents, without loss or limitation of civil act capacity, can register to participate in the Program.
- Identity account, according to Mikazuki Membership's general account.
- Online membership registration (Website/App).
- Offline membership register (at Da Nang Mikazuki, Da Nang Mikazuki's partners).
3. Registration requirements, duration of validity, and consideration of membership classifications:
3.1. Conditions for registering for Mikazuki Membership Tiers
3.1.1. Standard Tier
Register an account on the Website https://mikazuki.com.vn/, or register directly at the resort or Da Nang Mikazuki’s Partner.
3.1.2. Silver Tier, Gold Tier and Platinum Tier:
- Silver Tier: The total accumulated transaction amount in a year from 30 million VND to less than 60 million VND (with a year being defined as the calendar year that runs from January 1 to December 31).
- Gold Tier: The total accumulated transaction amount in a year from 60 million VND to less than 90 million VND (with a year being defined as the calendar year that runs from January 1 to December 31).
- Platinum Tier: The total accumulated transaction amount in a year over 90 million VND (with a year being defined as the calendar year that runs from January 1 to December 31).
- Customers covered by the card gift policy: employees and important partners of Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts and Spa.
3.2. Activate Membership Tier:
- Standard Tier: As soon as completing the registration and being qualified.
- Silver Tier: In effect as soon as the entire number of points reaches 300,000.
- Gold Tier: In effect as soon as the entire number of points reaches 600,000.
- Platinum Tier: In effect as soon as the entire number of points reaches 900,000.
3.3. Membership Tier Upgrade:
- Upgrade Timing:
Members will be upgraded immediately once the accumulated points reach the required thresholds as outlined in Section 3.2.
- Validity of the Upgraded Tier:
The new tier will remain valid until December 31 of the following year from the date of upgrade, as stated in Section 3.4.
- Renewal or Downgrade:
On December 31 each year, the system will automatically review total accumulated spending. If the maintenance conditions in Section 3.4 are not met, the membership tier will be downgraded by one level on January 1 of the following year.
3.4. Membership Tier Maintenance Conditions
The upgraded membership tier will remain valid until December 31 of the following year from the date of the upgrade.
During this period, members must continue to accumulate spending and meet the minimum requirements below to maintain their tier:
- Silver Tier: Must accumulate at least 30,000,000 VND in spending per year, equivalent to 300,000 points.
- Gold Tier: Must accumulate at least 40,000,000 VND in spending per year, equivalent to 600,000 points.
- Platinum Tier: Must accumulate at least 45,000,000 VND in spending per year, equivalent to 900,000 points.
- Standard Tier: The membership will become inactive if no qualifying transactions are made within 2 years.
If the required spending is not met, the membership tier will be downgraded by one level.
3.5. Redeem accumulated points.
- Points will be accumulated and turned into a payment method that may be used to cover other expenses.
- Accrued points will be reset to 0 on December 31st of the second year from the date the points were earned, in order to recalculate the cumulative value for subsequent cycles.
3.6. Cumulative value
- The entire payment amount - service charge and VAT included - after the customer has exhausted the service and deducted any discounts, promotion, redeemed vouchers, etc. will be referred to as the cumulative value.
- All services provided by Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts and Spa are applicable, with the exception of food and beverages served at the Matsuri Food Court and retail products that Da Nang Mikazuki purchases from third-party suppliers (such as pharmacies, spas, and others).
- Booking source: direct bookings via website https://mikazuki.com.vn, via email res@mikazuki.com.vn, or at the resort.
3.7. Agreement applies:
- Any member who uses Da Nang Mikazuki's services is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- Without the members' permission, the company may alter this agreement. New information may also be presented on the official website, via notices, etc.
- If a member uses the facilities after this agreement has been modified, it is deemed that they have accepted the updated terms.
4. Term of activation and card issuance:
4.1. Activation Conditions:
- The card is activated when the customer receives the announcement via email or letter.
- Each card is associated with an individual account number through its unique ID number.
- When a new card is issued, the old one will be automatically disabled.
4.2. Card Issuance Conditions:
- Customers complete the conditions for card classification and input all the data needed for a unique ID into the system.
- The following details are the very minimum that must be provided: (1) Full name, (2) Passport/ID number, (3) Date of birth, (4) Gender, (5) Residential address, (6) Contact number, (7) E-mail Address
5. Loyalty customer:
A person who has successfully registered to participate in the Program, activated their membership card, and obtained a Mikazuki membership card—which may come with an email membership number or a physical card—is considered a loyal customer. At that point, the customer officially held the Mikazuki Membership card. Customers' Mikazuki Membership account ("Account"). Each Customer may only have one (01) Account.
6. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions and policies of the program, as published on the Website and App, have been properly read, acknowledged, and accepted by Customer by virtue of Customer's membership in the Program or by activating and using the Card for purchases.
7. Depending on their classification, loyal customers will receive special incentives in addition to standard Cardholder privileges when it comes to Program content that is made available to the public on the Website and App.
8. Loyal customers could use the program's hotline, +84 2363 774 555 (“Operator”), or the official website https://mikazuki.com.vn/, to access, observe, and update their personal information as well as check the accumulated value in their account. In accordance with Vietnamese legal laws, Customer bears entire responsibility for any and all charges, taxes, fees, claims, or obligations (if any) resulting from the use of program benefits as Customer.
9. Every Loyal Customer acknowledges, agrees, and guarantees that they are the only users of the Card and Account and that they are in charge of protecting the Card and maintaining the privacy of the Account information. Transactions and other account-related activities (such as configuration adjustments, address changes, and account information) are entirely the responsibility of the Loyal Customer. Customers are not permitted to give their Card/Account information to any third person, unless specifically stated in the Program content that is displayed on the Website and App. If they do so in error, they will be completely liable.
10. As announced on the website by Mikazuki Membership, the terms and circumstances of the program may be changed, modified, or discontinued. It is assumed that a loyal customer's ongoing ownership of the account constitutes acceptance of these changes.
11. If the assignment is not completed or consumed for reasons of force majeure, Da Nang Mikazuki disclaims all liability in the event that the loyal customer is unable to use the benefits and incentives to which they are entitled. Such floods, earthquakes, wars, strikes, protests, computer incidents, changes in laws, government interventions, policies, or restrictions, or other uncontrollable catastrophes.
12. The customer is responsible for promptly updating any changes to their contact information (phone, email, or address) via the program's website, switchboard, customer service counter, or any other channel if they differ from the information that was registered. Da Nang Mikazuki disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies or loss of cumulative value resulting from the above information's failure to be updated on a timely basis.
13. During the dispute or fraud investigation period, all accrued value and Card advantages that are under dispute, show indications of fraud, or violate the program's terms and conditions will not be utilized.
14. The loyal customer grants permission to Da Nang Mikazuki to produce, store, maintain, and update any personal information that the faithful customer provides and updates. Loyal Customer consents to Da Nang Mikazuki using this information in accordance with the Program, including but not limited to carrying out transactions, building up transaction value, and introducing goods and services in Da Nang Mikazuki's new case. Da Nang Mikazuki will adhere to the terms of its privacy policy when it comes to the protection and use of any data pertaining to its loyal customers.
15. As soon as Da Nang Mikazuki learns that a Loyal Customer has engaged in illegal activity, or before the Customer utilizes the collected value to upgrade or, in some situations, get rewards, Da Nang Mikazuki has the right to request that the Customer supply information and/or produce valid personal documents.
- Customers can accumulate transaction values when paying for services/goods at Da Nang Mikazuki. Accumulated value after the Account has been activated according to the program's regulations.
- To accumulate transactions, customers must present their Card (hard card or email) at the time the transaction occurs.
- The basis for accumulating transaction value for customers is the invoice value after deducting valid promotions and discounts and the value after VAT.
- Through completed transactions, the Fund accumulates transaction value, which is credited to the Account the day after the service is used (the "Available Accumulated Value"). For rating customers, Accumulated Available Value is valid for a maximum of one (01) calendar year (January 1–December 31 each year). Every year on January 1st, the value that has accumulated in the account will be removed, and the accumulation for the next cycle begins.
- Accumulated value can only be used to upgrade the card, not convertible to cash, incentives, etc.
- During the payment process, customers can choose whether or not to accumulate transaction value. All notifications/complaints from loyal customers to Da Nang Mikazuki must be made through the operator, or the program's email published on the Website and App.
- Membership validity: All membership tiers remain permanently valid, unless no qualifying transactions are made within two (02) consecutive years, in which case the membership will become inactive.
- Termination request: Loyal Customers may request termination of their membership by sending a request to the program’s official contact address/email.
- In case the use of the Card does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and other regulations of the program, Loyal Customer will receive a notification to temporarily block the Card via email. Within 15 days from the date of notification, if Customer has no response or Customer's response is not accepted by Da Nang Mikazuki, the Account will be permanently closed and all benefits and accumulated values in the Account will be forfeited disable. Acts of using the Card that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions and other regulations of the program include but are not limited to: taking advantage of the program's policies or other incentive/promotional programs of Da Nang Mikazuki; Taking advantage of vulnerabilities, loopholes, and system errors of the Program application for the purpose of fraud and profiteering; Using equipment and technology to illegally interfere with Da Nang Mikazuki's system; use the Account to perform transactions for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or fraud; and other violations of law.
- Termination in other cases according to the provisions of the program or according to the provisions of law.
