NOTICE ON THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE NEW DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Beginning November 10, 2025, we will officially commence a new development project within the resort premises - a 15-storey hotel tower featuring 139 guest rooms, along with a range of premium facilities, including an authentic Chinese restaurant, and an Onsen sky pool located on the top floor with panoramic views, with completion expected in mid 2027.

This marks a signification milestone in Da Nang's journey to become a leading resort destination, where every experience is crafted with refinement and distinction.
