MIKAZUKI JAPANESE RESORTS & SPA BREAKS GROUND ON PHASE 2 IN DA NANG

Da Nang, November 18, 2025, Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa has officially broken ground on Phase 2 of its development, marking a significant milestone in completing its comprehensive resort ecosystem that combines hospitality, entertainment, and culinary experiences inspired by Japanese culture. This expansion reinforces Mikazuki’s long-term commitment to elevating Da Nang’s tourism landscape and enhancing world-class hospitality experiences for local residents, domestic travelers, and international guests alike.

Continuing its mission to spread the quintessence of Japanese culture in Vietnam, Phase 2 is designed as a multi-functional complex featuring a 15-story hotel tower rising 63 meters and a compound of 14 private villas with a dedicated reception area. When completed, the new tower will complement the existing 22-story hotel, together forming the image of a “Crescent Moon” – Mikazuki’s symbolic architectural signature that gracefully embraces the scenic Da Nang Bay.

The new hotel tower will offer 139 guest rooms, each at least 50 square meters in size and boasting panoramic ocean views. Designed with Mikazuki’s signature sense of calm and sophistication, every space is crafted to provide an atmosphere of serenity and comfort. The façade’s zigzag balcony design adds a dynamic visual rhythm, enhancing the tower’s aesthetics while maximizing natural light and sea views.

In addition to expansive banquet and conference facilities, ideal for MICE events, weddings, and celebrations, the development will introduce a Chinese-style restaurant to diversify the culinary offering.

The highlight of Phase 2 is the onsen pool on the rooftop (15th floor), complemented by authentic Japanese sauna therapies and a rooftop bar. This serene sanctuary offers a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience, where guests can immerse themselves in mineral-rich waters while enjoying a panoramic view of Da Nang Bay.

Exclusive Villa Enclave: Private, Elegant, and Contemporary

Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism and harmony with nature, the villa enclave is designed in a semi-detached layout, harmoniously connected with the resort’s signature landmarks such as Phu Si River, Mount Phu Si, and the Vietnam–Japan Friendship Bridge.

Each of the 14 villas offers a private swimming pool of approximately 32 square meters and a lush garden area of up to 500 square meters, creating an oasis of serenity and seclusion.

Positioned between the Phu Si River and Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal road, the villas present two distinct yet complementary atmospheres – one calm and contemplative, the other open and expansive.
